In order to streamline support requests and serve you better, we use a support ticket system that manages the organization, reporting, and ticket resolution. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track progress and online responses.

You can also submit your request by phone by sending an email to itsupport@dinasa.ht or by calling +509 2814-9000 ext. 450.
